Although this particular side has nothing to do with black-fat-oil, it's still a real loser on the KFC menu. According to the chain's own nutrition guide, the potato salad contains 340 calories, 19 grams of carbs and 25 milligrams of cholesterol. To make things even worse, it also contains a whopping 28 grams of fat, which is equivalent to 43% of the recommended daily intake for adults. Add in the fact that you're very unlikely to be eating the potato salad alone, and you're looking at some seriously sky-high figures.
