10. Beets and Blueberry Mash
- Cook beets and blueberries together before pureeing gives it a beautiful magenta color. It's also home of some of the best nutrients for your baby such as vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber.
- Chop 2 medium peeled beets into 1-inch cubes, and place into a medium saucepan along with ½ cup blueberries. Add just enough water to cover the tops of the beets and blueberries and cook on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Puree in a food processor until smooth.
