This smaller version of the McDonald's classic Big Mac was first introduced around 2007.

It had all the same ingredients as a Big Mac. The only difference? It had one patty instead of two. Even though nowadays you can't order it by name, you could ask for a regular cheeseburger with Mac sauce and have a similar outcome.
