1. Eggs Help Raise Your Cholesterol Levels
It's not for nothing that people market eggs for their benefits in raising cholesterol levels. Eggs do contain a certain amount of cholesterol. Typically, one chicken egg has an estimated 186 mg of cholesterol, which is all in the yolk.
But consuming the high-in-dietary-cholesterol foods does not necessarily improve your blood cholesterol levels. Actually, eating high amounts of trans fats or unhealthy saturated fats will make you susceptible to high cholesterol levels and cardiovascular disease. So for your own good, cook eggs with minimal oil and never eat too many.
