There is hard evidence that alcohol, fasting, and stress directly cause migraine. These are also bad habits for us. So, it's self-evident that we should stop it. However, giving up chocolate, especially dark chocolate, means giving up something good at the same time. Science is a complicated subject and many things are double-edged swords.
