Can You Eat Bananas With Black Spots?
How to pick up and store bananas?
Next time you're shopping for bananas, choose bright-yellow ones with little to no green around the ends. Be careful not to store them in the freezer but let them sit on the counter at room temperature and wait for them to ripen over a couple of days. The perfect timing would be when they start to grow little black spots all over the surface. You don't want to pass that stage, as the nutrients in bananas will begin to decrease once they're entirely brown.
