Easy Tricks to a Perfect Cheese Board
When making the cheese board
- Balance the amount and space. An overly crowded cheeseboard is hard for everyone to eat, while the one with too little food on it can make your guest question your hospitality.
- Some ingredients are better off when put away from others. Crackers and bread better keep their distance from watery vegetable or fruit slices, unless your guests love eating softened crackers!
- Put jelly or wet ingredients in a small bowl to keep the board orderly and clean. These may include jam, olives, and pickles.
