Keep Your Food Safe: Don't Wash Raw Chicken
From the USDA to The Cleveland Clinic, experts claimed that there's no real need to wash raw chicken. All the potentially harmful bacteria, like salmonella, are killed during cooking, but washing may easily backfire. New research set out by North Carolina State University, wanted to present how easy it is to contaminate a kitchen when handling raw chicken. And the follow-up discovery is shocking.
