McDonald's Burgers Don't Rot! Preservatives or Moisture Loss?
Here's the good news. McDonald's announced the removal of all artificial preservatives, flavors, and colors in all classic burgers (except for the one synthetic preservative in the pickles) on its Twitter account on September 27, 2018. However, we do recommend that consumers keep an eye on the preservative list of food items, as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration rarely makes an effort to change already in-use carcinogenic food additives.
