Eating spicy food five or six days a week, even just once a day, lowered mortality rates by 14 percent, according to a 2015 study conducted by Harvard and China National Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Sadly, this doesn't mean that you get to indulge in margarita or spicy tacos.
