To Be Smarter & To Be Slimmer
Choose healthy fats: Scientific research has proved that low-fat diet is the key to losing weight, managing cholesterol, and preventing health problems. Its substantial effect to human body not only depends on the quantity but also on the quality.
Fats can be divided into good fats and bad fats. The former are essential to human's physical and emotional health while the latter are the opposite. Good fats include monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s, and saturated fats. Trans fat would better be removed from your selection list, for it belongs to bad fats and is the crucial reason for health problems.
