Can A Daily Cup of Tea Get You Caffeine Addiction?
Can you get addicted to tea?
The answer is yes. A recent study clearly shows that the caffeine in tea can be easily absorbed by the body and directly affects the brain. Although caffeine itself is not considered a stimulant, it blocks specific receptors in our brain, which causes the brain to release extra amounts of dopamine and endorphins. These natural stimulants will make you alert and excited, and stimulates the desire to sustain that feeling. Consequently, it is only a matter of time for regular tea consumers to become addicted to the beverage.
