Frozen Cooked Shrimp Caused A Salmonella Outbreak In Several States

If you eat frozen cooked shrimp recently, you may want to check your freezer.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed that the Salmonella outbreak in Nevada and Arizona that has sickened multiple people is linked to frozen cooked shrimp. Salmonella was found in a sample of Avanti frozen cooked shrimp collected as part of the FDA's Imported Seafood Compliance Program.
