Holiday Board Ideas: Beyond Cheese Boards

Hot dog/burger board

• Who doesn't like make-your-own hot dogs/burgers?
• Serve the dogs/burgers and buns warm. Keep them warm at 170-200°F in the oven; or preheat the oven to 400-450ºF and reheat for 5 minutes or so.
• Add a variety of fixings and condiments.
  • Caramelized onions, relish, lettuce, etc.
  • Ranch, ketchup, BBQ, sriracha-mayonnaise, curry-honey glaze, bacon mayonnaise, salted crushed nori. Get creative!
