Holiday Board Ideas: Beyond Cheese Boards
Fries board
- Great as a side dish or snack.
- Serve the fries warm. Let's admit it: cold fries are the WORST. Keep your fries warm at 170-200°F in the oven; or preheat the oven to 400-450ºF and reheat fries for 5 minutes or so.
- Offer a variety of fries and condiments.
- Sweet potatoes, regular potatoes (read more on which potatoes are good for fries)
- French, waffle, steak-cut, curly, and crinkle-cut fries, potato wedges, and tater tots
- Ranch, ketchup, BBQ, sriracha-mayonnaise, curry-honey glaze, bacon mayonnaise, salted crushed nori. Get creative!
