Why you shouldn't eat too much salt?
1. High Blood Pressure
Salt attracts water, and when consumed in excess, it can cause an increase in blood volume, leading to higher blood pressure. High blood pressure, or hypertension, is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular diseases such as heart attack, stroke, and heart failure. It can strain the heart and damage blood vessels, resulting in long-term or even fatal health complications.
