The "Original" Ferrara Tradition

We're very proud of our Signature Italian Cannoli Cake. Using our classic filling of fresh strawberries and Italian custard on one layer and cannoli cream on the other, each tier is soaked with rum and the whole cake is artfully iced with whipped cream and decorated to perfection. Sized to serve any number from 10 to 100, in our round and sheet cakes, or up to 1000 or more as a wedding cake, the end result is incredibly delicious. Come in and sample one of the reasons the Ferrara name is outstanding in the wedding and catering industries.
