Intermittent fasting may be trendy, but it will not help you reverse your prediabetes. To reverse prediabetes, you should plan your meals throughout the day, ideally every two-to-three hours. By doing so you can keep your blood sugar from dropping low between meals and prevent very large meals that cause spikes in your blood sugar.
