Which Potatoes Are Good for My Dish?
As a nutrient-dense complex carbohydrate, potatoes have more vitamin C per serving than tomatoes or sweet potatoes. Their skin is also an excellent source of vitamin B complex, potassium, magnesium, and iron. They are cholesterol, sodium, and gluten-free. More importantly, they taste like heaven (at least for some people). But if you are just like me, confused by all the different types of potatoes every time going to the grocery store, you are in the right place.
