| We have lots of platter options, something to fit every occasion. How much should you order? 1 lb. of cheese feeds approximately 6-8 people. So, you build your plate according to you what you like. 2 pieces, 1/2 lb. each, 3 pieces, 1/3 lb. each, 4 quarter lb. pieces. 4 pieces, 1/2 lb. each would feed aproximately 12 - 16 people.
